10/11/19 - This is a scarce and desirable Polish Eagle Radom from 1938. It's all matching and correct, with proper G2 proofed magazine. The bluing on the pistol rates at about 95-96% with a notable spot of finish loss on the front strap, and another on the right side of the slide/frame, as well as the high edges. Nice original grips with a few dings and nicks, but no major defect. Bore has strong rifling and only minor frost. Note that the takedown lever spring is a little bit weak, so you have to hold it up when taking apart the pistol. Made for Polish officers before "all hell broke loose" with the invasion of both the Russians and the Nazi's. Great piece of history. !
