3/24/17 - This is a rare Thiel marked Walther PPK from World War II. We have offered one of these before but never with the "M" mark or with an actual Thiel fuse and documents! This Thiel PPk is marked "M.26" and is from the secret Thiel factory in the woods near Muhlhausen. They made clockwork fuses (The Nazi government funded the factory, and the Thiel clockwork company from Ruhla managed it). The state funded factory had the name of Geratebau GmbH. We have included a book with more information. This grouping has two original documents that are in German and dated 1937 and 1939. See attached photos for more information. The pistols finish is about 95-96% and it is all matching. Near mint bore. Very cool grouping!
