9/5/20 - This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson K-22 "K Frame" Revolver, chambered in .22 LR. From the serial number, it was made just after WW2, in 1948. This gun is fully functional and the action is smooth. The cylinder is tight. It has retained about 96-97% of its original bluing. There is very minor muzzle wear, and high edge wear here and there on the frame and cylinder. Very light roll mark on the cylinder. There are a few very light scratches on the frame just behind the hammer and on the underside of the frame near the trigger guard. Two very small dings on the butt. The bore is near-mint. Excellent S&W grips. 6" barrel.
