9/11/20 - This is an excellent example of a Walther PPK issued to the Nazi Police force in 1943. The gun is all matching and has an "Eagle C" police marking on the trigger guard. It is in excellent condition, retaining about 97% of its original bluing. There is very minor wear on around the muzzle and on the high edges of the slide. There are some very light handling marks on the peaks of both sides of the slide. It looks like there could be some very minor thinning on the front strap, but it is difficult to tell, given its mid-war finish. This particular gun has a very nice and interesting grip - its color is a mixture between brown and gray. We'd call it a transitional. It is in very nice condition except for a crack in the right side. The gun has an excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling. It comes with one Walther banner-only magazine and a custom, modified holster. The reason we kept the holster with the gun is that it appears the name of the GI is written on the belt loop and inside the top flap.
