7/14/20 - This is an original Colt SAA Model 1873 revolver, chambered in .45 Colt. It was made for the commercial market in 1894. It has a 4.75" barrel. Overall, the gun is in good condition for its age. Most of the original finish is worn. It is now mostly covered in a layer of brown patina and there is light pin-pricking throughout. The metal is not rusted or pitted. Original grips. All parts are matching. The action is tight and the timing is excellent. There is moderate rifling in the bore with corrosion throughout, 5/10. This gun is an antique.
