11/25/20 - This is a nice and honest example of a 1939 Mauser Luger with the original matching magazine and grips. The pistol has about 92-93% of the original blue with holster wear on the muzzle, sideplate, and bottom of front strap. There's also several small, patterned spots of finish loss on the front strap. All matching numbers throughout. The original matching grips are in minty condition. Bore is shiny with strong rifling but just a bit of frost. Pistol comes with a rare '42' code takedown tool, and a 1940 dated holster. The holster doesn't have any major defects but does show some obvious age and handling wear from the last 80 years. It also includes a spare magazine with mismatched serial that is not in the photos.
