9/10/21 - This is an excellent example of a Mosin-Nagant Model 1891/30 sniper rifle issued to the Soviet military in 1944. The gun is mostly matching, but there is a different number on the receiver and the number on the magazine has been re-numbered. It's possible the gun has been arsenal-reworked. Import mark on the barrel. The serial number is scratched into the scope mount. The scope is serialized and has the Soviet seal on it. Excellent, clear optics. The gun comes with a leather scope cover and a canvas sling. It has returned most of its bluing with a few very light handling marks here and there. The stock is nice, but there are minor dings throughout. The bore is mint.
