4/12/24 - This is an excellent example of a Remington Model 1903 bolt action rifle issued to the US military in January of 1943. The barrel is dated February of 1943 and has the proper flaming bomb. The stock is marked with a military cross cannon cartouche, "FJA" inspector initials, and a Remington "RA" stamp. The barrel and receiver are parkerized and the bolt is blued. It has retained most of its original finish with spotty discoloration on the receiver. The stock is excellent with minor dings here and there. The bore is mint.
