3/7/21 - This is a mint example of a Zero-Series Spreewerk P.38 manufactured in 1945. It is thought that these pistols were likely issued to the Nazi Volkssturm troops. This particular variation is characterized by the serial range, "u" acceptance proofs, an "Eagle 88" proof on the slide, and a Nazi eagle test proof on the slide. This one is all matching and has the correct markings. There were only about 4,700 of this particular variation produced. This one is in mint condition with no noticeable signs of wear. Comes with excellent grips and a rare "U" marked period-correct magazine. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling with areas of minor freckling. De-cocker is functional.
