7/16/21 - This is a nice example of an early FN Browning High Power rig issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has early features such as the adjustable tangent rear sight and early "Waffen 613" proofs throughout. It comes with a waffen-proofed magazine and a fair 1942-dated waffen-proofed holster. The gun has retained roughly 50% of its original finish. There is noticeable wear throughout, concentrated on the straps and the slide. There are a couple of scratches on the slide from the takedown lever and spotty oxidation throughout. Dark brown patina on the straps. Excellent wood grips. The rifling in the bore is a little worn with minor pin-pricking throughout.
