3/29/23 - This is an original US Marine Corps. issued PAL Mk 2 fighting / utility knife from WW2. The knife features early WW2 production red and black spacers on the handle. The leather grip shows mild aging and use wear but is still tight and the metal fittings are tight as well. The blade has no finish remaining but is in good condition with signs of sharpening along the edge. There's honest aging without excessive damage throughout the blade, which is nice for an early battle-used example like this. Comes with an original unmarked leather scabbard.
