9/19/19 - This is a rare Nazi Mauser P.38 from 1945, with all phosphate parts. It is "svw 45" marked on the slide, of which there were only 15,000 such pistols issued to the German Army. A much smaller portion of that lot has all phosphate parts. Overall, we would rate the condition to be ~95%. Although there is very little actual finish loss on the gun, there are areas of discoloration on the top of the slide and near the muzzle. There is some thinning in the finish around the muzzle. The grips are excellent. The rig comes with two period correct mags - both are in excellent condition. One of them is properly Mauser-made. The holster is near mint with minor signs of wear throughout and a single stitch missing in the back. It is labeled 1944 and "dkk" makers mark. C&R eligible.
