4/5/22 - This is an excellent Springfield Armory M1 Garand from 1953 with original paperwork from Anniston Army Depot indicating it was part of DCM sales. The gun is in excellent condition with minor finish loss on the front sight and gas tube. Strong, shiny bore with a little frost in the grooves. Muzzle reading of 2.5, throat is a 3.5 or so. Barrel dated to March of 1953 and also made by Springfield. Stock has SA marking on left side and circle P on wrist. It's in excellent condition with just a few minor dings on the left side.
