5/25/21 - This is an excellent example of an early, third variation Zero Series Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs throughout, even on the small parts. It has retained about 94-95% of its original high polish bluing. There is minor wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. There are some handling marks on both sides of the slide. There are areas of pitting on the right side of the slide and on the front strap. Comes with nice matching grips (some light scratches) and a matching magazine that we believe is not original to the gun. Very nice bore with strong rifling and minor freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is a little stiff but functional.
