SOLD - Scarce Walther Model 1 Rig - First Variation

8/13/18 - This is a nice example of an original and hard to find Walther Model 1 rig, first variation model.  The model 1 was the first pistol model that Walther ever produced, and saw a short production run of about 30,000 pistols.  This is a variation 1 pistol, often referred to as a 'one button variation'.  The pistol retains about 90% original blue the majority of the finish loss near the muzzle on either side of the slide.  Also minor dulling and oxidation on the straps.  Crown/N proofs and nice original grips with only minor dings but no major cracks.  Comes with an original unmarked holster.
