10/29/18 - This is a scarce 'svw 45' marked Mauser P.38 from the end of WWII. There were only 15,000 SVW 45s produced, and over 346,000 total Mauser P.38s produced during the war (Jan Still, Axis Pistols). These SVW's are rare and do not come around often. This gun has a dual-tone finish, with a phosphate slide and frame, but blued barrel. The slide and frame both show some thinning, and the front strap shows some discoloration. Excellent black grips with only minor scuff marks. Excellent bore. WaA135 marked magazine.
