7/8/21 - This is an excellent example of an RJ-marked Walther PP manufactured in 1944. The "RJ" marking on the back strap indicates that this gun was issued to the Reichs Justice System. This one is all matching and has the proper "Eagle N" proofs. The whole gun has a beautiful slight plumb color to it. It has retained about 94% of its original finish. There is very minor wear and brown patina on the straps. Minor wear around the muzzle and high edges of the slide. There are some areas of minor spotty oxidation on both sides of the frame. Comes with rare red Walther grips and a period-correct magazine. The slide has a little trouble staying back with this mag. Nice bore - shiny with strong rifling with areas of minor freckling.
