9/29/20 - This is a Rare, US Inspected, Shoulder Stock for a Colt Dragoon Revolver. From the serial range, this particular stock is correct for Third Model Dragoon revolvers. These stocks were essentially a military design and have the proper "WAT" military inspection proof. The Dragoon revolvers issued with this stock were consecutively numbered. Both serial numbers are on the stock and would have originally matched. This particular example is in very nice condition. The wood is in tact, just a few very minor surface bruises here and there. The metal parts are in tact, but there is spotty brown patina throughout. The ring on the bottom of the stock appears to be missing. The stock seems to function perfectly well.
