SOLD - RARE - Type 1 Artillery Snail Drum Magazine

7/19/17 - This is an original Type 1 Snail Drum Luger Magazine. The magazine comes complete with dust cover and MG adaptor piece. All of the pieces are original and in excellent condition. This rare first variation magazine was made by TGE, which was an affiliate of GE. Notice the small "soccer ball" type maker stamp. Only about 60,000 of these were made for use in WW1, and most of these were destroyed at end of war due to Treaty of Versailles agreements. This magazine is in excellent condition with a strong, fully functional spring. No rust or pitting.
