1/22/19 - This is a very rare and desirable Egyptian Maadi ARM in mint, original condition, accompanied by its original box. These are near identical copies of the Russian AKM, though in semi-auto, and it's estimated that fewer than 2,000 were brought into the states before importation ceased. Designated as the 'ARM', a semi-auto only version of the AKM was introduced to the American public in 1982 by the US division of Steyr-Daimler-Punch. The gun is all correct, down to the laminated wood handguards and buttstock. Rear sights are gradated to 1000 meters, chambers and bores are hard chromed, and all exterior metal is finish with baked on black enamel over phosphate. The gun shows only the slightest sign of handling wear, though the box is fairly beat up. The box appears to have been numbered to the gun as the last two digits match, but some of that numbered has been ripped away. Comes with cleaning rod and manual but no bayonet or sling. FFL required.
