4/19/17 - All phosphate guns come through our office only about once a year, so this is a rare find that I don't believe will last long on the site. I call it all phosphate as the slide, frame and barrel are all phosphate finish. However, technically it is dual-tone as the trigger and safety (as well as the magazine) are blued. It has the typical "splotchy" phosphate finish which is common for these guns. There is only abotu 4% actually finish loss, found on the high edges and top cover. Comes with late war "Mauser" grips and a late war JVD/large U marked magazine. Magazine has a late war, ribbed follower. The bore is mirror quality. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. All numbered parts are matching and all proofs are correctly in place. Therefore this is an all correct configuration, phosphate P,38. Rare indeed.
