3/10/21 - This is a very nice example of a dummy, non-operable example of an MG-34 that was issued to the Nazi Army in 1944. The gun is not matching and has a dummy, reproduction receiver. The rest of the gun is comprised of period-correct German parts. Nazi proofs throughout. The serial on the dust cover is crossed out and renumbered. The trigger is welded in a fixed position. The bipod is operable. It looks like whoever modified the gun cut the hinge of the dust cover to put it on this new receiver. The metal parts are in tact. There is minor wear on the high edges, minor handling marks, and areas of minor discoloration. Nice wood stock with minor dings. This would make an awesome display piece.
