2/10/21 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military proofs. The rig comes with one period-correct magazine and a 1943-dated holster (inside strap may have been replaced). The gun has retained about 90% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle and high edges of the slide. Thinning and spotty oxidation on the barrel and front strap. Excellent grips. Excellent bore - very shiny with strong rifling with just very minor freckling here and there. The de-cocker is fully functional.
