10/18/18 - This is a near-mint example of an end-of-war Walther P.38, made in May of 1945. This is a known mismatched variation, as all Walther P.38s this late were. It also has only one acceptance proof on the right side slide. The bluing overall is excellent and original, with little wear aside from some thinning of the top plate. Most of the small parts are phosphated. Fantastic red grips and minty bore. Walther magazine.
