8/21/20 - This is a post-war "American Eagle" Luger, made by Mauser/Interarms of Virginia. It has a Navy-style 5" barrel, grip safety, and the American Eagle insignia on the chamber. It has retained about 95% of its bluing. Most of the finish loss is very spotty. It is most noticeable throughout the whole barrel, on the front edge of the chamber, and smaller spots on the straps. There are also a few light scratches on the straps. and the left side of the frame. There is more even wear on the side plate. Excellent grips and magazine. The bore is minty.
