9/30/19 - This is an original WW2 era Kriegsmarine navy dagger with an original scabbard and portepee. The blade has an earlier 1930s style Eickhorn maker stamp and beautiful etching / engraving on both sides of the blade. There is some light, though minimal oxidation - overall in excellent condition. The scabbard has no dents but there is some light surface wear and orange colored discoloration in a few areas. The white colored bakelite handle is excellent and the portepee is in minty condition. All original and authentic.
