1/15/19 - This is a Walther PP from late World War II. It was most likely assembled in the factory right after the war ended. These are known as "GI put together" pistols. They are often mismatched and had the late war features, such as no slide legend and a dull-late war finish. Right side of the slide has "ac" under the serial number. There's some very minor pitting near the "ac" on the slide, and general edge wear (about 94-96% overall). Phosphate hammer and plumb-colored trigger. Excellent bore has some very minor patina but overall clean. Mechanically correct and fully functional. It comes with the rare late war "W" magazine. Beautiful wood grips with no issues.
