3/19/19 - This is a fantastic example of an extremely rare Model 1900 Luger stock, with push-button release rather than the common lever on later models and artillery stocks. There are only a few known and documented. The wood is in great condition with only minor dings, nicks and scuffs but no major flaws. Bluing on the metal portion is excellent and the button functions properly. This example is not numbered or marked, which appears correct as these were mostly issued for commercial Luger examples. This stock design was the original design developed by George Luger but was discarded in favor of the simpler locking lever mechanism.
