11/13/19 - This is an all original Party Leader leather belt with the gold finish Party Leader buckle. The reverse of the buckle has the RZM logo for Reichs Purchasing Department along with the numbers M4 / 24. If someone wants to research this, it also has the name of the German who owned it, Grotz Turin. Overall a very nice piece of history that will go with your PL PPK rig.
