6/9/21 - This is an excellent example of a Dreyse Model 1907 that was originally sold in the commercial market, reworked after 1920, and issued to the German police force. It is matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. It also has a "1920" rework mark on the slide and a police unit marking on the front strap. It has retained more than 98% of its finish. While there is very little finish loss, there is minor patina on the straps and areas of splotchy discoloration here and there. Comes with slightly worn period-correct grips and a period-correct magazine. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling.
