7/9/20 - This is an excellent Japanese Type 94 rig, manufactured in 1944. The gun is difficult to rate, given its rough military finish, but we estimate it has retained about 97% of its original bluing - very little actual finish loss. There are a few light streaks of wear on the top of the slide and wear around the muzzle and some of the high edges. The rig comes with two original matching magazines and an original holster in excellent condition. The holster is dated 1943. The grips are excellent. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling and very minor frosting.
