6/30/20 - This is a very nice and honest example of a 1936 Mauser Luger rig that has the original matching grips, magazine and serialized capture certificate. The blue rates at 93-94% with minor holster wear on muzzle, rail, sideplate, ears, trigger guard and bottom of front strap. Small parts retain about 75% of the original straw. Magazine is factory numbered and matching to the pistol. Grips are minty and also numbered to the gun. Strong, shiny bore. Customs certificate states the pistol was brought back in September of 1945 by Vincent D. Frisoni. The listing includes a 1937 dated holster with the initials VDF scratched into the back, presumably for the same GI on the certificate. Holster has some obvious cracking and wear on the front but appears to have been with the Luger since the war. No spare magazine but does include an original E/63 tool.
