10/20/21 - This is a very nice example of an Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. This one has a fully intact mum stamp on the receiver and comes with a scarce and original monopod. Unfortunately, the bolt does not match the rest of the gun. It has retained most of its original finish. There is noticeable scratchy/spotty wear on the receiver where there are some dings. There is also wear and spotty oxidation around the muzzle and on the barrel. There is noticeable brown patina on the floor plate and trigger group. A few small white marks on the bolt handle. The stock has dings and scratches throughout. There a few more noticeable gouges here and there. The bore is near-mint - shiny with strong rifling.
