9/27/21 - This is an excellent example of a rare Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching. This one is rare because it has mixed "Eagle 135" and "Waffen Eagle 135" military proofs on the right side of the slide. It is the correct "q" serial number block for this variation. The finish is a little dark, so we believe it has been professionally restored. As a result, the gun has a beautiful look to it. It has retained virtually all of its bluing - just a few small dings and a scratch on the left side of the frame. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct Mauser magazine. The bore is shiny with strong rifling and areas of freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
