8/24/21 - This Walther PP came from a local family that brought it into our shop. They said it was brought back from their grandfather who was in the 14th Armored Division. We asked for more info and they gave us these copies of their grandfather Griffin Hogan. The gun is in excellent condition with original, dull late war finish. There are no proof marks, and no legend. Likely taken from the Walther factory in April of 1945. Mint bore and mechanically sound. Correct variation with all of the late war features. There is minor wear on the high edges of the slide. Light scratches and handling marks here and there. Spotty oxidation on the straps. Very nice grips and a proper wartime magazine. There is a crack along the edge of the left grip.
