8/20/21 - This is a minty example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military proofs. It comes with excellent grips and a period-correct Mauser magazine. It has retained about 98% of its finish. There are just hints of wear on the high edges of the slide. Very minor thinning and brown patina on the front strap. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is minor splotchy discoloration on both sides of the slide. The bore is shiny with strong rifling and very minor freckling in some of the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
