10/27/21 - This is an original 1944 K98 bayonet with a matching numbered scabbard. The bayonet and scabbard are also both 1944 dated with a fairly scarce "fze" maker code. The blade is excellent with nice bluing and no signs of sharpening. The scabbard has some mild surface patina throughout. No notable flaws on the handle grips and pommel.
