10/15/18 - This is an original Sauer model 1913 pistol 2nd variation made during the 1920s. The pistol comes with two original period correct magazines and a pebble grain holster. The holster appears to be a modified FN 1922 holster. The holster is waffen eagle stamped on the interior leather and next to that is what could potentially be a police stamp. Similarly, the pistol has an "AW 1" stamp on the frame near the trigger guard. We theorize that this is a police unit stamp. The pistol has normal wear throughout. Some light pin pricking on the front and back straps, light edge wear on the slide, and muzzle wear. The original blued finish is roughly 92% in tact. Original bakelite grips are excellent with no cracks or chips. The bore is rated at 7 out of 10. This is due to light surface wear on the grooves, and signs of general use. Guaranteed all original and fully functional.
