4/10/18 - This is an original leather Type 14 Nambu holster. The leather Japanese holsters were made until supplies ran low in the 1940s, and they switched to rubberized canvas. Therefore these leather holsters are slightly more desirable. The leather is lightly pliable on the body, but the lid is firm. There are a few scratches on the leather and scuffing on the edges, but overall the leather is in tact and in good condition. The stitching has no issues and is all original. The interior leather is clean and there are crisp maker stamps on the interior lid. Guaranteed original.
