This is a WW2 German Army Paratrooper Badge. This two piece medal is in great overall condition with some minor / normal finish loss but overall no major issues. The gold wreath is the strong point of this piece, displaying almost all of the original finish in tact. The eagle has a high level of detail and has finish loss on the edges (as is expected). No maker marking, and from our research we found that the eagle design does not look correct for the variant of badge. The details in the wings specifically, lead us to believe this is a high quality reproduction medal
