11/12/20 - This is a very nice example of a .22 Caliber Walther PP made for the commercial market in 1935. It is matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. It has early features such as a 90 degree safety lever and weighted grips. It has retained roughly 80% of its original bluing. There is wear around the muzzle, on the peaks of the slide, and on the front strap. There is noticeable thinning on the back strap. Spotty oxidation on the slide and straps. The grips are nice, but there is some separation on the left panel from expansion and contraction of the metal insert. It comes with a proper .22 caliber magazine. The bore is minty.
