3/6/20 - This is a near-mint example of a very desirable Polish Radom VIS pistol, made in 1939, right before the German occupation. The gun is one of the nicest examples we've come across, and retains around 98% of it early beautiful original prewar blue, with just a hint of high edge wear and a tiny spot of wear, most likely from the ring finger, on the front strap. Beautiful bore and grips. The slide legend, the Polish Eagle and the proof marks are super sharp. No spotting, no rust - just beautiful prewar finish. This is an all matching gun that comes with three of the original prewar proofed magazines. The gun also comes with its original brown holster with slight modification to the lid/closure strap positioning to make a gun a tighter fit (there was quite a bit of slope between the lid and the gun on the unmodified examples). Also the belt loop was re-positioned lower for the belt carry - all period field modifications.
