10/15/21 - This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson Victory revolver from World War II. It's accompanied by a factory letter stating it was shipped to Charlotte in January of 1944 as part of a United States Maritime Commission contract order. It's all matching and original with 96-97% of the parkerized finish remaining. Standard cylinder wear from turn marks and a little more on the muzzle and high edges. The grips are original to the gun and the right panel is correctly numbered and matching to the firearm. Left grip panel does have a repaired crack in it. Flaming bomb and 'P' inspection proofs on frame. Minty bore.
