4/6/21 - This is an excellent example of a Remington 1903-A3 Rifle issued to the US military in December of 1943. Both the barrel and receiver date to 1943. The gun also has the proper cartouche on the stock. There is an "OG" proof on the stock, indicating this gun was reworked at the Ogden Arsenal. The gun has retained virtually all of its parkerized finish. There are minor handling marks near the muzzle and some spotty discoloration on the receiver. The stock is excellent. The gun comes with a reproduction sling and a cleaning kit in the butt stock. The bore is minty.
