9/26/22 - This is a minty example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 135" military acceptance proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with one "Eagle 359" magazine, one "Eagle 135", and one very nice post-war black leather holster. The gun itself has retained about 97% of its original finish. Almost all of the finish loss is on the front strap, so the profile views are near-mint. Just hints of wear around the muzzle and front edges of the slide. Comes with excellent period-correct bakelite grips. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional.
