11/23/22 - This is an excellent example of a Sauer Model 1913. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" proofs. Germany export marking on the cocking knob, indicating it was intended for international sale. It comes as a rig with a nice 1915-dated pebble grain police-style holster and two period-correct magazines. The gun itself has retained about 96% of its original finish. There is very minor wear on some of the high edges and some handling marks / tiny dings here and there. Brown patina and pin-pricking on the grip straps. Comes with nice period-correct bakelite grips. Mint bore.
