11/5/21 - This is a very nice example of an RZM-marked Walther PPK manufactured in 1935. The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP and was established to contract for equipment. These pistols were commonly thought to be issued to the German political leaders of the time. It is all matching, has the proper "Crown N" proofs, and has the proper RZM logo on the left side of the slide. It has retained about 93% of its original high polish finish. There is minor wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Most of the finish loss is an area of wear on the right side of the slide. Some minor freckling on the front grip strap and underside of the trigger guard. Comes with a period-correct grip and a Walther banner-only finger extension magazine. The right side of the grip has a noticeable crack. We can swap this grip for an upcharge. Please contact us if interested. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling.
