7/21/22 - This is an original 1917 dated Colt 1911 pistol holster rig. The rig comes with a leather belt, leather belt hanger, leather magazine pouch, and leather shoulder harness. Each component except for the shoulder harness straps are maker stamped and dated "Q.M.C. Jeff. 1922 H.E.K.". The holster is maker stamped by Warren Leather Goods and 1917 dated. The holster is in great shape with normal pliability. The leather is clean with an interior ink stamp and all original stitching in tact. The leather belt has some mild surface cracking around the adjustment / sizing holes, but otherwise the leather is excellent. The magazine pouch and leather frog / harness for the holster are both excellent. The shoulder straps are in great shape as well, but one of the straps is broken on the attachment loop that fastens the harness back to the belt. See photos. A very nice, early US leather grouping.
