4/11/19 - This is an original WW1 era production Mauser C96 leather harness for the holster/shoulder stock. These are extremely scarce and difficult to find in tact. This harness is all original leather and stitching that appears complete in tact and correct. The metal knobs on the front of the harness are slightly worn - the main knob wiggles a little but is still fastened and in place (doesn't seem like it's about to fall off). The back of the harness is maker stamped by Signalflaggen-Fabrik. Also 1916 dated. There's light wear and normal scuffing but overall in great shape.
