6/6/23 - This is a BYF 41 Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 655" military acceptance proofs. The gun has retained roughly 75% of its bluing. The majority of the finish loss is on the side plate, but there are areas of spotty wear, discoloration, and oxidation around the muzzle, on the left side of the barrel, on both sides of the frame, and on the grip straps. A small area of pitting on the right side of the frame above the grip panel. Fitted with very nice matching-numbered wood grips. Comes with a mismatched "Eagle 83" proofed magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is frosting throughout.
